Terms of Use for Users

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Astrofit. By accessing, using, or reading the content provided on astrofit.app ("Website"), you agree to be legally bound by the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using this Website and the services provided by Astrofit ("Services")

2. Service Scope and Use Limitations

Astrofit offers AI-generated astrological interpretations based on the user's name, date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth. These interpretations are for private, non-commercial use and are intended solely for entertainment purposes. You agree not to:

  • Reuse, resell, redistribute, or systematically extract data from the Website.
  • Build a commercial product or service based on any aspect of Astrofit without prior written permission.
  • Publish generated content (such as daily horoscopes) regularly or systematically in public platforms such as blogs or forums without prior consent.
  • Use automated systems (bots, crawlers, etc.) to interact with the Services unless expressly allowed.

You may:

  • Share images of astrological charts or interpretations you generated yourself through your own personal data, for personal, non-commercial use (e.g., sharing on social media with credit to Astrofit).

All rights not explicitly granted remain reserved.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Astrofit uses generative AI to provide astrology-based content. This output may include inaccuracies, generalizations, or content not suitable for certain decisions. You understand and agree that:

  • The content is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.).
  • You assume full responsibility for any actions taken based on this content.
  • Astrofit disclaims all liability for any consequences arising from the use or misuse of its Services.

4. Data Collection and Privacy

Astrofit collects the following data for personalized astrology readings:

  • Name (optional)
  • Date of birth
  • Time of birth
  • Place of birth
  • Preferred pronoun
  • Email address (if user registration is required)

All personal data is handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We do not sell or share your data with third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by law. We also collect anonymized usage data (e.g., browser type, page visits, device info) to improve the Website. Internal cookies are used for features like cart tracking and session continuity. 5. Paid Reports, Delivery, Gifts, and Refunds

Paid reports are one-time digital-content purchases. The final price shown before checkout includes applicable tax. Stripe processes the payment and provides Astrofit with the information needed to confirm and fulfil the order.

An unused report purchase does not expire. Each purchase permits one successful report generation. Starting generation requires a separate confirmation that you want Astrofit to begin immediate performance of the personalized digital service. The purchase is consumed only after the complete report is successfully saved. A technical failure before successful completion does not consume the purchase.

Completed reports are delivered as downloadable PDFs and may also be sent to the delivery email. Customers who attach a purchase to an Astrofit account can view and download completed reports from their report library. A completed report cannot be edited or regenerated under the same purchase.

To request a refund for an unused purchase, email info@astrofit.app from the checkout email and include the report name and reason for the request. Once generation has completed, refunds are not normally available except where required by law or where the paid service is defective and cannot be remedied. Mandatory consumer and withdrawal rights remain unaffected.

A gift purchase creates a single-use claim link. The unused gift may be transferred to another recipient until it is claimed and generated. After a recipient claims it, that recipient controls the birth data and generated report; the buyer does not receive access to the report content.

When you submit another person's birth details for a relationship report, you confirm that you have their permission or another lawful basis to provide those details for this purpose.

6. Copyright and Intellectual Property

6.1. Website and Human-Created Content

All design elements, graphics, text, layout, charts (excluding AI outputs), logos and branding found on Astrofit are the intellectual property of Astrofit. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute this material without prior written permission.

6.2. AI-Generated Outputs

The astrological interpretations produced by Astrofit’s AI may not qualify as protected works under copyright law, as they are generated without direct human authorship. While Astrofit does not claim copyright ownership of purely AI-generated content, it retains all rights to:

  • The underlying models, systems, and proprietary prompts used to generate content.
  • The data sources and logic structures behind its Services.
  • The presentation, structure, and curation of content on the platform.

Use of AI-generated content is limited by contract under these Terms of Use. You may not:

  • Commercially exploit, repackage, or redistribute AI-generated interpretations without explicit written permission.
  • Claim authorship or misrepresent the origin of the content as your own.

7. Trademarks

The name Astrofit, its logo, and any associated brand identifiers are trademarks of Astrofit. Use of these trademarks without express written permission is prohibited.

8. Security and Software Quality

While we strive to maintain the Website’s security, Astrofit does not guarantee that the Website or Services are free from viruses, malware, or harmful components. Use of the Website is at your own risk.

9. Reliability and Warranty Disclaimer

All Services and information are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Astrofit expressly disclaims any warranties regarding:

  • Accuracy or completeness of information.
  • Fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Availability or uninterrupted access to the Website.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Astrofit shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profit, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or Services.

11. Changes to Terms

Astrofit reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Website constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If you are a consumer, any mandatory protective provisions applicable in your country of residence will remain unaffected.
